DAVID BISHOP, DPM

Dr Bishop grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He graduated Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2013. He completed his surgical residency at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in 2020. He is extensively trained in general clinical podiatry as well as reconstruction of the forefoot and rearfoot.

AUSTIN AIKINS, DPM

Dr. Austin Aikins, DPM, originally from Hermitage, PA, completed his undergraduate education at the University of Mount Union, graduating in 2019. Following his time at Mount Union, he attended Kent State University’s College of Podiatric Medicine, where he earned his doctorate in 2023. Dr. Aikins completed his podiatry residency at Aultman Alliance and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome him to the team here at The Lower Extremity Specialty Alliance. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Aikins enjoys golfing, watching sports and spending quality time with his family--including his wife, whom he met while attending Mount Union, and their son.

STEPHANIE SARILES, DPM

Dr. Stephanie Sariles, DPM, was born and raised in Texas. While living in Texas she attended Abilene Christian University for undergrad and completed her Masters at Texas Tech University. Dr. Sariles completed her podiatry residency at Aultman Alliance and we are thrilled to have her here at The Lower Extremity Specialty Alliance. When Dr. Sariles is not at work, she enjoys playing pickleball, volleyball, going out with friends and a little healthy competition over board games! She is also currently planning her wedding and loving every minute of that!

PAUL HUDZIK, DO

The Lower Extremity Specialty Alliance is thrilled to announce that Dr. Paul Hudzik, DO, will be joining our team July 2026. We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Dr. Hudzik and leverage his deep-rooted connections within the Alliance community. Dr. Hudzik brings a wealth of experience to our practice, having served the Alliance area since 1998. Over the past nearly three decades, he has built a highly respected career while raising his family and remaining an active, dedicated participant in both the local hospital system and the community. In this new chapter, Dr. Hudzik will maintain his hospital privileges, allowing him to continue performing surgical procedures and offering seamless, comprehensive care to his patients. With change comes growth. We alongside Dr. Hudzik, look forward to this exciting new venture and are honored to continue providing his trusted, high-quality specialized services to our community.

DONNELLE BECHER, RN

Donnelle, RN and Office Manager. Donnelle has been with The Lower Extremity Specialty Alliance since 2009. She attended Stark State College where she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing and is a state of Ohio Registered Nurse. Donnelle has worked in several aspects of the health care field and is happy to provide great pre and post-surgical experience to our patients along with sterile prep and management of the patient data in both offices. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family on their farm and growing flowers.

SHANNA BRYANT

Shanna, Medical Assistant, Billing and Surgery Scheduler Shanna has been with The Lower Extremity Specialty Alliance since 1991. Shanna is an asset to the office and is the first friendly face you see. She is happy to help with scheduling, billing and any surgery questions you may have. In Shanna’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

JENNIFER HYING, STNA

Jen is from Minerva Ohio. Jen enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys Starbucks and Chipotle. Her bright and fun personality makes every patient feel welcome.

SHANNON

Shannon comes to us after 20 years at Alliance Hospital in the surgical department. She brings not only that experience to our team but brings her happy and always welcoming attitude. When you come to the office you will see Shannon working diligently on history and physicals and assisting with room cleaning among so many other tasks. In Shannon's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
